The Bloody Air Tragedy, CARMA

“A Life Once Departed Shall Meet Ruin If It Returns, Bearing Countless Calamities Should It Happen.”

Perhaps it is indeed true that those who rank second among the most defiant of God’s creation—after those born of fire—are those born of soil. Now, overwhelming proof has made even the pulse of the Earth falter. One of the greatest rebellions ever inscribed in the black manuscript of fate hides far above the ground from which it was once born.

It has long been made clear—fixed and eternal beyond the interference of any creature—that everything has already been written in the red ink of destiny. Death stands among the words written in capital letters across the page. Beyond it, resurrection belongs solely to God. What is born of soil must return to soil, and whoever dares to defile that decree need only wait for the appointed reckoning.

Yet, tragically, the creatures of earth neglect what has been promised—that behind every violation, there is always retribution. They do not forget; they simply refuse to remember or to dwell on what follows. Especially when the violation proceeds smoothly and achieves success. All of this was reflected clearly in the pair of moon-sapphire eyes belonging to a boy commonly called “Experiment 101” who still carried his name from the past, Kandarendra.

He was forced to become the sole witness to divine retribution after a prolonged transgression. It came as torment that shattered countless bodies long stripped of life. Everything unfolded through the hands of one of the earth-born’s experimental creations—their eighty-eighth subject, Alma Carmaleon—Karma. He was the catastrophic failure who ultimately returned them all to the soil, their blood coating the uppermost skin of the Earth.

The stench of hundreds of lives pierced and carved down by calamity polluted the air, twisting Kandarendra’s insides that night. Amid the aftermath of that grim celebration, Karma stood with both hands wrapped in flowing red. Those same hands clutched a scalpel, its blade equally drenched and dripping. A crescent moon settled upon his face perfectly.
