LotUs: The Weaving of the Inner Heart, MOSS

“On the Peninsula of Time, cloaked and veiled, shielding the whole of self from the crowded noise of strangers.”
This Moss still waits in faithful silence. Until one day, at last, I meet again—binding myself to the Moss Girl I have always been, and to the Master, beneath a single span of sky, within the same stretch of time. Before any question has the chance to greet, it is the lips that speak first—releasing words long muted, without the presence of a living voice, for their flames have been ignored for too long, until they fade completely and are left to sink into stillness.
Millions of wounds have piled up, longing to be sung. So many fractures wait to be spoken. So many sorrows wait to be uttered. So much ache and grief yearn to be soothed. So much pain I have tried to mend—yet sadly, not a single one has ever truly risen skyward.
Yes, in truth, all that I have gathered, stacked and heaped into small hills within me, remains far from enough words. Too few syllables to ever succeed in persuading Destiny to humble itself—to grant even a small taste of sweetness called happiness, believed to be strong enough to wipe the sweat from body and soul.
Though I have grown accustomed to forcing myself to swallow the lingering sorrow that has long been left to decay—the half-sanubari ache, the untouched ramu within—still naming the Master who once arrived.
Just as with ETERNITY, which in its truest nature is only one among many forms of illusion—End always accompanies Beginning, Parting accompanies Meeting, Setting accompanies Rising, Leaving accompanies Coming, Nothingness accompanies Presence, and Death accompanies Life.
Ah, truly, there remain countless words that were never meant to be born, standing side by side with unmeasured virtues, pushing one to remain firm and stand unyielding within this mortal universe so rich with suffering and sorrow. Even the fingers of these days are not enough to count them all. Especially with a mind powerless to remember every form that may be far too cruel to ever be fully revealed.
